Close to the Iriya station, easy to get to hotel via exit 1 with lift (if you have heavy luggage’s). Easy to go to Ueno direction via station gate 3. Has 7-11 very close by, also Yoshinoya and Matsuya within walking distance. Has a tax free shop very close by to get some necessities. It is like a local neighbourhood.

This is my favorite hotel in Tokyo. I used to go this hotel and booked this hotel again three years ago. Unfortunely, I had to cancel such booking due to COVID-19. After 3 years has passed, I decided to book this hotel again. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The staffs are so nice and friendly. It was very impressive that I can see Tokyo Tower from my room. I will definitely book this hotel again when I go to Tokyo next time 👍👍😄😄

A very short block to IRIYA Station. The hotel is located in an alley. Lots of stores/restaurants nearby. The room was the neatest/cleanest of all my stays. Amazing breakfast! There was even sashimi. The restaurant employee would bring fresh food all the time when the tray/bowl was almost empty. They served Ochazuke in the evening. The front desk personnel, especially the female ones were very friendly.
